Sour cream - 300 gr, Prunes - 100 gr, Walnuts - 50 gr, Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp, Sugar - 2 tbsp, Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
Fry the nuts in a dry pan for about 2 minutes. Then pour 50ml of water into the pan and pour in the sugar. Fry the nuts over a medium heat, stirring until all the water boils and the nuts are covered in caramel. You can take brown sugar, then the taste of caramel will be more saturated. Cool the caramelised nuts well - caramel burns are very dangerous.
Rinse prunes well in several waters, thoroughly washing each berry with your hands. If the prunes came across very dry, then first soak them in cold water. Not in boiling water - it will soften too much in it. Then dry the dried fruits with paper towels. Put a nut in each black plum in the incision.
Whisk sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. It is preferable to take powder, and not sugar, since it will have time to dissolve in the cream faster than sugar. You can beat with both a mixer and a hand whisk. Put 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, several pieces of black cream, top with the remaining sour cream. Refrigerate the dessert for 1 hour. Decorate as desired - with chocolate, berries, nuts. Serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
