Ingredients. In addition to products, we need skewers - 4 pieces. If bananas are long, then it is better to take 6 skewers.
Cut the bananas in half or into 3 pieces if they are long.
We clean bananas.
And put them on skewers. We put it on a board or plate and put it in the fridge or freezer so that they attach well to the skewers.
We cut chocolate.
We put 70% of the chocolate in a saute pan.
We put on a water bath and, constantly stirring, drown.
When the chocolate has become homogeneous, remove from the bath and add the remaining chocolate to it.
Stir until completely dissolved.
In the previous steps, we conducted tempering of chocolate. Cooked in this way, it will be shiny and crisp when set. To check if this is the case, apply some chocolate to the spoon and place in the freezer. If it freezes and does not smear, then everything is correct.
Transfer the chocolate into a glass.
Take turns dipping bananas into it.
And we decorate with coconut chips and colored sprinkles. We put it in the refrigerator until the chocolate sets.
