1. For sprinkling: Grind vanilla crackers with added sugar in a blender until fine crumbs form. We add melted oil and once again interrupt the crumb so that it becomes wet. Put the resulting mixture on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

2. For vanilla cream: Pour milk and cream into the pan, bring to a boil. Meanwhile, mix sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the egg yolks to the sugar mixture and mix until smooth. Without stopping to interfere, gradually add a milk-cream mixture. Send the resulting mass to the fire and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add oil and vanilla, mix until the oil melts. Put the finished cream in a bowl for cooling and cover it with cling film. We remove it into the cold until the mass sets (for at least an hour).

3. Now whipped cream: Using a mixer, beat the cream with icing sugar to steady peaks.

4. Final stage of preparation: Put vanilla cream, chopped bananas and crumpled cracker crumbs in the prepared cremans. Garnish the finished dessert with whipped cream or to your taste. And enjoy!
