In order to cook oranges baked in the oven, prepare the oranges themselves directly: juicy, ripe, as sweet as possible, of the correct shape, without damage. The most successful for such a dish will be fruits without dense, fleshy partitions. It will also require some brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
With a sharp-tipped knife, carefully remove the visible orange bones, then carefully walk as far as possible along the edge of the flesh, at the border with the peel. This is necessary in order to make it more convenient to eat ready-made oranges. Also cut the flesh itself into 4-6 sectors.
