Lavash zaverton

Lavash zaverton... 8 servings
15 min

Prepare pita bread first (you'll need three leaves in total), and the filling requires chilled crab sticks, cheese, greens and mayonnaise, which will lubricate the layers of roll. Any cheese will work, so choose it for your taste, for example, I prefer hard varieties or melted. Next, you need to generously grease the first leaf of pita bread with mayonnaise and rub cheese on it. Place a second pita on top and also grease it with mayonnaise. Rub the crab sticks, put down the third pita, rinse it, sprinkle with crushed dill. Now it's time to roll up three-layer pita bread filled with roll. Do it carefully, try to make the roll dense. When ready, cut the uneven edges (about 5cm) from the sides and cut the blank into two halves. That's all - the Zaverton rolls are ready. Rolls can be eaten immediately, but if you want pita bread to be thoroughly soaked in mayonnaise, you can put Zaverton in the refrigerator for a few hours. Enjoy your meal!
