Choosing fairly simple ingredients for our holiday and budget sandwiches.
Cut a white loaf of bread into thin pieces.
Very thinly cut lemon into wedges.
We heat the pan with a little sunflower oil and lay out pieces of bread and start making croutons.
Cut the lemon wedges into halves.
Finely chop the spring onions, dill and parsley.
Fry the bread on both sides until crisp.
We lay out the prepared croutons on a dish and begin to form sandwiches.
For each croutine, lay out half of the lemon wedge, fish, sprinkle with chopped herbs, add a little pepper mixture and decorate with a tomato with a bunch of greens. We cook delicious, we cook simply, we cook sandwiches at home together!
