Eggplant - 500 gr, Tomatoes - 500 gr, Cucumbers - 400 gr, Dill - 20 gr, Garlic - 40 gr, Mayonnaise - 100 gr, Any cheese - 100 gr, Olives - 80 gr
Necessary ingredients.
Cut the aubergines into circles obliquely.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the aubergines on both sides. Place on a paper towel to soak up the extra oil.
Prepare the filling. Combine the mayonnaise, finely grated cheese, garlic squeezed through the press.
Put the aubergines on a wide dish in a circle, alternating with small sprigs of dill. The piece with the peduncle will be the head of a peacock.
Cut the tomatoes into circles. Grease the aubergines with a dressing, put a circle of tomato on top of each.
Cut the cucumbers into circles. Put the remaining eggplant beautifully in the shape of a peacock tail, brush with a dressing, lay out tomatoes. Put the cucumber circles on the tomato mugs.
