Small snacks of vegetables and cream cheese - it is very tasty, fresh and even healthy! With all the advantages, there is nowhere easier to cook them! And very fast! In general, a super dish ideal for parties or a festive feast, and if you prepare them for the arrival of guests, they will surely be impressed. Cucumbers, or better to take large ones, mine, dry with paper towels, clean from the skin and cut into thick circles

1. 5 cm thick. With the help of a small spoon, we remove a little of the inside of the cucumber, where the seeds, as if making a small depression in each circle. We lay out cucumber circles on a large, flat and beautiful dish. If there is too much cucumber juice, then it is worth getting a little wet in the recess with a paper napkin. In a medium bowl, we combine cream cheese, which is better to get out of the refrigerator in advance so that it becomes softer, and mayonnaise. We knead the cheese and mix everything thoroughly until completely homogeneous. Mayonnaise is best used high-quality and tasty. The taste of the finished snack directly depends on this. Mine, dry with a paper towel and finely chop fresh dill. Add the crushed greens to the cream cheese and mayonnaise mixture. We also put a little fine salt and garlic powder there. We mix it up again. Important moment! We taste the mixture. If salt or garlic flavour and flavour don't seem to be enough, add more. Garlic powder can be replaced with fresh powder for lack - in this case, it must be passed through the press. Enough and one clove. Place the prepared filling in a culinary bag, install an asterisk nozzle. Deposit the filling on each circle of cucumber (about half or 2/3 of a tablespoon). Wash, dry with a paper towel and cut cherry tomatoes in half (along, but even across). We insert them into the cheese on each circle of cucumber. Almost done! We dry my fresh parsley, leave the sprigs intact or tear them into smaller sprigs - if desired. Sprinkle the snack with black ground pepper, perfect - fresh grind. We decorate the snack with sprigs of parsley and serve it on the table. If the feast is planned a little later, it will remain well in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. But still it is better to cook it before serving (you can cook the filling in advance, and cut it and collect it only later). You can enjoy it!
