Eggs - 6 pcs., Red fish - 100 g, Processed cheese - 100 g, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Greens - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
How to make stuffed eggs with red fish? Prepare the products. Boil the eggs beforehand and cool. Take cheese of natural, good quality, without vegetable fats in the composition. You can use mayonnaise at home, that's what I did. Any red fish will do, I have trout.
Peel the boiled eggs from the shell and cut into halves.
Gently remove the yolks and fold them into a separate bowl. Add melted cheese there, you can simply crush it with your hands.
Place a spoonful of mayonnaise and mash the products with a fork. It will be very easy to do as they are soft. Adjust the mass density with mayonnaise. I added another spoon, but my mayonnaise was very thick.
Wash and dry the greens. Then finely chop. I took the dill.
Add the chopped greens to the filling. You can also add a garlic clove to it. But with salt and pepper, be careful - mayonnaise and cheese are already quite salty. I didn't season the filling with anything. Once again, knead it well with a fork. The filling should become homogeneous.
Transfer it to a cooking bag, cut off the tip. Deposit the filling in egg whites. It always turns out a larger number, you can make sandwiches with it.
Cut the fish into thin slices. Cut the triangles out of them, similar to small carrots. Lay the fish pieces on the egg halves. Make the tops from parsley leaves.
Serve the snack to the table. Enjoy your meal!
