Eggs stuffed with sprats new year's snack

1. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes. Pour cold water and cool. Clean from shells.
2. Cut the eggs into two halves lengthwise.
3. Remove the yolks and mash them with a fork.
4. Finely cut the sprats and add to the yolks, mix until homogeneous.
5. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
6. Fill the halves of the eggs with filling. Garnish the snack with whole sprats, mayonnaise and finely chopped spring onions. The snack is ready, you can serve at the table. Enjoy your meal!
