Eggs stuffed with shrimp and pineapples

Chicken eggs - 4 pcs., Pineapples - 60 g, Hard cheese - 50 g, Shrimp - 50 g, Mayonnaise - 20 g, Greens - 10 g, Salt - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste
Prepare all the ingredients according to the recipe. Rinse the eggs well beforehand from the dirt. Choose hard cheese to your liking. Prawns are suitable for both freshly frozen and cooked-frozen. It is most convenient to buy immediately peeled shrimp. Mayonnaise can be made at home.
Remove the canned pineapples from the syrup and dip with a napkin for excess liquid. Cut into small cubes. Pineapples are sold in rings and already sliced, but the cut is quite large.
Cut the hard cheese into the same small cubes.
Remove the cooked-frozen prawns in advance from the freezer and defrost them in the corresponding section of the refrigerator. Set aside 8 shrimp to garnish. Cut the rest into small pieces. The recipe lists the weight of the shrimps peeled.
From the greens, take dill, parsley or spring onions. Rinse well and dry with a napkin. Cut into small pieces.
Pour cold water over the eggs and send them to a high heat. Add some salt. Since boiling, cook for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a cold water container and leave for 10-15 minutes. Clean the shells. Cut gently in half. Remove the yolk and cut it into small pieces.
Add chopped pineapples, hard cheese, shrimp, yolks, herbs to the salad bowl. To taste, salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise and mix well.
With the prepared salad mixture, stuff the halves of the proteins. There are 8 of them in our case.
If desired, put the lettuce leaves on a flat dish. Spread the stuffed eggs on top. Garnish with the remaining shrimp. Eggs stuffed with shrimp and pineapples are ready.
