To make egg rolls from crab sticks and cheese, you must definitely use chilled unpressed crab sticks so that they can be well deployed. If we use frozen sticks, they need to be thawed to the end and, only then, unfurled. The main thing is to buy good cheese and high-quality mayonnaise, because the taste of the dish largely depends on their quality. And so, let's get started!
1. We break four chicken eggs into a bowl, slightly salt, add one tablespoon of sour cream and flour. Beat with a whisk until homogeneous. Sour cream can be replaced with mayonnaise.

2. Grease the frying pan (preferably pancake) a little with oil, let it warm up. We pour one portion of egg mass on it and fry it like a pancake on both sides. I got four pancakes. We are waiting for the egg pancakes to cool down.

3. Crab sticks are very carefully deployed to make plates. I needed 4 unfolded sticks - count them by the number of egg pancakes.

4. We rub cheese (any, I have hard) on a small turkey.

5. I wash well dill greens in running water, dry with a paper towel and finely sliced.

6. We wrap each egg pancake individually. For folding rolls, you can use a bamboo mat (as for folding rolls) .

7. We put one pancake on the board (mat), lubricate it with a thin layer of mayonnaise only so that the crab stick sticks, and distribute a plate of unfolded crab stick on it.
