Berry cupcakes with chocolate

25 min
Pour all the "wet" ingredients into one bowl: lemon juice, butter, milk and eggs. Mix them well. Take the white chocolate and cut it into small pieces. Put the dry ingredients in the second bowl: flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, chocolate. Leave about half a cup of chocolate pieces to garnish. Stir together the dry ingredients. Add the wet mixture to the dry one. Stir gently. Small lumps are not scary if you overdo it with mixing, your muffins can get too stiff. Add the berries to the mixture. If you pick up frozen fruit, do not defrost it before adding it to the dough. Otherwise, it will turn red. Gently mix the dough with the berries. Put the paper in the moulds and carefully fill it with dough until the very top, then when baking, the cupcake forms the same wonderful dome. Garnish on top with slices of white chocolate. If there is no paper, brush the mold with any vegetable oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees. When the muffins turn golden brown and the toothpick you pierce in the middle of the muffin is clean, the baking sheet can be taken out of the oven.
