Shortbread cookies - 200 gr, Butter - 70 gr, Marshmallow - 500 gr, Cottage cheese - 800 gr, Sour cream - 150 gr, Nut paste - 80 gr, Milk - 100 ml
Prepare products for curd cheesecake without baking. Melt the butter.
Grind the biscuits into crumbs.
Mix the biscuits with the melted butter.
Place the cookies in a tin (covered in parchment paper) and fit the cheesecake base well. Put the tin with cookies in the refrigerator.
Meanwhile, melt marshmallows in a water bath. To do this, grease the bowl with butter and add a little milk so that the marshmallows melt more easily and do not burn. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream and interrupt with a blender.
Mix marshmallow with curd mass using a mixer until smooth.
Pour the curd filling into the tin on a cookie base and place the curd cheesecake in the refrigerator for several hours, until completely set.
Top the frozen cheesecake with nutella or chocolate paste. Decorate as desired. Cake-free curd cheesecake, with marshmallow and nutella, ready! Can be served on the table.
