Thin pita bread - 100 g, Hard cheese - 150 g, Eggs - 1 pc., Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste, Vegetable oil - 20 g, Water - 1 tbsp.
To make pita triangles with egg and cheese in a pan, take the hard cheese and grate it on a medium grater. Any flavorful spices can be added to the cheese if desired.
Cut pita bread into longitudinal strips about 10-12 centimeters wide. Place a little grated cheese on the edge and twist one corner. It turns out a triangle. Now roll forward and then angle again. And so to the end of the strip.
Wrap all triangles in this way. All the filling will turn out inside and is reliably sealed from all sides.
