Cod with vegetables in the oven

Wash the lemons and cut each into 4 wedges. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut each in half. Finely chop the parsley, it should be 6 tbsp. Divide the cod fillet into 4 portions, wash and dry. Prepare 4 small roasting sleeves. Put a portion of fish, 4 tomatoes, juice of a quarter of lemon, a spoon of oil and a spoon of greens in each. Salt and pepper. Put in the oven. 180 degrees and 15 minutes. Serve and serve. Sprinkle with the remaining greens or serve on a separate plate of salt. The fish is good both on its own with a slice of fresh bread, and in a duet with cereals and potatoes. Enjoy your meal!
