Cottage cheese tartlets

1. Wash the greens, dry.

2. Cut the dill, parsley and spring onions, toss them in a bowl.

3. Peel and finely chop the garlic, add to the greens, stir.

4. Put the curd and sour cream to the rest of the ingredients.

5. Pour in the spices. Everything needs to be thoroughly mixed. You can also use a blender - then the curd mass will turn out to be very tender. I prefer not to, as I like bits of greens in cottage cheese.

6. Fill the tartlets with curd mass, decorate on top as you wish - with sprigs of greens, pieces of vegetables. Tartlets are ready and can be served on a beautiful platter, which can also be additionally decorated with vegetables, herbs, lettuce leaves and even pieces of meat. Enjoy your meal!
