Prepare the ingredients.

Filling. Cut hard cheese into small cubes.

Put 1 tbsp. l solid cheese in tartlets.

Around the perimeter of each tartlet from a pastry bag, deposit rosettes from cream cheese.

Put 1-2 tsp red caviar in the center.

In the center, deposit another star of cream cheese on the caviar.

Garnish the tartlets with parsley. I also decorated with an imitation of black caviar.
