How to make tartlets with cheese and caviar? Very simple. First, prepare the necessary ingredients. The recipe uses non-spiked curd cheese, but can also be replaced with melted cream cheese. Optionally, you can add a garlic clove passed through the press or 1 tsp dry garlic to the curd cheese. As well as crushed fresh dill or parsley greens.

If the tartlets are medium, then we need 10-12 pieces. My filling turned out to be exactly 10 tartlets. If the tartlets are small, then this amount of filling will be enough for 20-24 tartlets. You can take shop tartlets, or you can cook such ones yourself.
You can fill the tartlets with cheese using a regular spoon, but I transferred the cheese mass into a culinary bag with a star nozzle.
For one half of each tartlet from a pastry bag, deposit not very large rosettes from curd cheese.
Place the red caviar on the other half with a teaspoon.
Garnish the tartlets with red caviar and curd cheese with fresh parsley or any other greens to taste.
Serve the tartlets immediately to the table. The perfect drink for them will be white wine or martini. Enjoy your meal!
