How to make tartlets with tomatoes and cheese? Tartlets can be used purchased or prepared yourself. If the tartlets are large, then they will need 10-12 pieces. I got exactly 12 tartlets. If the tartlets are small, then this amount of filling will last for 22-26 tartlets.
Prepare the ingredients you need to fill. You can slightly change the proportions by taking 100 grams of cheese and 3 eggs. Then the tartlets will turn out to be more tender and soft. Ordinary cheese can be replaced with processed cheese (such as Friendship, Amber) or sausage. You can also add crushed dill or any other greens and cucumber to the filling.
Boil the eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel. Then grate them on a medium grater.
Grate the cheese as well.
Peel the garlic cloves and pass through the press.
Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut in half. If the tartlets are small, then tomatoes can be cut not into halves, but into quarters or even narrower wedges.
Combine grated cheese, eggs and garlic in a suitable-sized container. Salt the mass and pepper to taste and season with mayonnaise. Mix everything well until homogeneous. If the mass is dry, then add more mayonnaise.
Fill the tartlets with egg cheese mass.
Arrange the halves of the cherry tomatoes on top. Garnish the tartlets with parsley. Tomatoes can not be laid out on top, but finely cut (removing the liquid core) and added to cheese and eggs.
Tartlets are ready. You can serve them to the table. Enjoy your meal!
