First, we prepare all the ingredients. Tartlets can be taken ready-made, or you can bake them yourself. In the first case, it is better to choose sand tartlets rather than waffle ones. So they will be better kept in shape and the taste of the finished snack will be better. Today we will use the ready-made version of tartlets. Defrost and cut crab sticks with small cubes. Hard cheese (you can take any) is also cut into small cubes. Try to cut all the ingredients about the same. In this case, the finished dish will look especially beautiful. From canned pineapples, drain the syrup and finely cut them into cubes in proportion to cheese and crab sticks. We clean the garlic from husks and grind it (you can do it with a fine grater, squeeze it through the press or just cut it finely with a knife). Put cut crab sticks, cheese, pineapples in a bowl. Add crushed garlic there. All is well and gently mix. Add mayonnaise to the bowl and interfere well again. The filling for tartlets is ready. Now let's move on to the most interesting stage of cooking. We lay out tartlets on the working surface. We put the prepared filling in tartlets, and place them on a large beautiful dish. We decorate the ready-made tartlets with fresh herbs and serve on the table. If the feast is planned later, put the tartlets in the refrigerator.
