Ready-made tartlets - 10 pcs., Parsley - to taste, Canned tuna - 200 g, Hard cheese - 100 g, Rice - 80 g, Eggs - 3 pcs., Pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs., Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp., Parsley - to taste, Lettuce leaves - 5 pcs.
How to make canned tuna tartlets? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Choose cheese to your liking, mayonnaise too. Pre-boil the rice in salted water until ready. Drain the water and cool the rice. Wash the eggs and dry with napkins. Open canned fish and drain liquid or oil from them.
Hard-boiled eggs. Then drain the water, cool the eggs and clean from the shell. Cut into small cubes or grate over a coarse grater.
From the canned fish, shake off the excess liquid (if still left), transfer it to a plate and mash it into smaller parts with a fork.
Dry the pickled cucumbers and cut into small cubes.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. In a salad bowl, combine canned tuna, grated cheese, boiled rice, chopped eggs and pickled cucumbers.
Season all products with mayonnaise. You can use homemade mayonnaise if you have such a desire.
Gently mix all the ingredients.
Cover the bottom of the finished tartlets with lettuce leaves (use salad leaves as desired). Top with 1-2 tbsp each. prepared filling. Garnish the tartlets with parsley or dill and serve.
