Ready-made tartlets - 10 pcs., Avocado - 2 pcs., Curd cheese - 150 grams, Red fish - 10 pcs., Lemons - 0.5 pcs., Greens - to taste
How do you make tartlets with avocado, red fish and curd cheese? Prepare the products. Tartlets in this recipe use ready-made purchased ones, but you can make them yourself.
Wash and dry the avocados. Cut it in half and, rotating each half in opposite directions, divide it into two parts. Remove the bone. Spoon out the avocado flesh. When buying an avocado, pay attention specifically to its softness - hard avocado is tasteless and will not be lifted by a blender. If you bought an immature avocado, then hold it in a paper bag with an apple - in a couple of days it will become soft.
I whipped up the tartlet cream with a submerged blender, so I folded the avocado flesh into a glass. If you have a shredder, put it in it right away. Pour lemon juice over the avocado, which will prevent it from darkening. Wash the greens, dry, cut off the twigs and fold them into an avocado container. I took dill, you can take any to taste.
Punch the green avocado to a mashed state.
Add the curd cheese. Choose a quality product, without vegetable fats in the composition. Break through the mass again - you should get a uniform cream.
Cut the fish, if not in the cut, into thin slices. Also cut into small segments of lemon wedges.
Transfer the cream to a pastry bag. Deposit it in tartlets. You can just spoon it without using the bag.
Twist the fish slices in the form of a rose and place on top of the cream.
Additionally, garnish the tartlets with lemon wedges and parsley leaves. Cucumber, olives, olives, capers can also be used.
Ready-made tartlets can be cooled a little before serving - then the cream will harden a little. I like soft cream more, I serve them immediately to the table. Enjoy your meal!
