1. Filling. Boil shrimp in salted water until ready, peel. Leave a few pieces to decorate, finely chop the rest. Peel the squid, boil for 1-2 minutes in salted water. Cool, cut into small cubes. Finely chop the crab sticks. Boil the eggs and chop them finely. Combine shrimp, squid, crab sticks, red caviar and eggs. Fill with mayonnaise and mix.
2. Fill the tartlets with lettuce, top with prawn and red caviar hearts and leaves of greens.
