Pan-fried cheese
4 servings10 min
Soft cheese - 370 gr, Eggs - 1 pc., Breadcrumbs - 6 tbsp., Salt - to taste, Hot ground pepper - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
How to fry cheese in a pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients. I chose a special soft cheese for roasting - chetuk (45% fat). And it tastes like an ordinary Adyghe cheese, only of a denser consistency. Wash the chicken egg to get rid of possible germs on the shell and drive it into a bowl. Pepper and salt to taste. In the future breading, you can additionally add any other spices to your taste: smoked paprika, dried basil, etc.
Heat sunflower oil in a low-sided frying pan over medium heat. Place the cheese in the pan and fry until ruddy. Then turn the cheese over and fry on the other side. Each side takes about three minutes. The exact time depends on your stove. I only fried the whole head of cheese in two runs. Serve the cheese hot. Enjoy your meal!

Using a fork, lightly whisk the egg until smooth.
Cut the head of cheese with a large sharp knife into four equal parts.
Then cut the cheese into eight pieces. You can leave it this way and start further deboning and frying, but I decided to make the pieces even thinner.
I cut the cheese into sixteen equal parts.
Dip each piece of cheese into an egg mixture on each side.
Roll the cheese pieces in breadcrumbs to cover the cheese evenly on all sides.
