Beetroot caviar with ginger

Beets - 2 pcs., Onions - 2 pcs., Ginger - to taste, Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp., Greens - 1 gram, Dry spices - 1 tea., Garlic - 3 teeth., Salt - to taste
We prepare the ingredients. Only frozen greens were available.
We cut the onions finely, cut the beets into three on a coarse grater.
Put beets and onions in a deep frying pan, simmer in vegetable oil for 10-15 minutes.
Ginger root and garlic to three on the grater
and add to the beets. Season beetroot caviar with salt and other spices. Do not forget about the spicy mixture of peppers - this way the caviar will be moderately spicy and very fragrant. We extinguish for another 20-30 minutes until ready.
