Charcoal beef steak with garlic and herbs

How to fry beef steaks on charcoal on a barbecue with garlic and herbs? Prepare all the products that are listed. What fragrant herbs can be taken to make a recipe? Any green will suit your taste. This time I used a couple of sprigs of fresh marjoram, 3-4 sprigs of lemon thyme and rosemary. Take the amount of garlic and greens to taste.
Remove the beef steaks beforehand from the fridge and leave to warm to room temperature.
Rinse the greens and dry with paper napkins or a tea towel. Peel the garlic cloves. Cut fragrant herbs and garlic not very finely with a sharp knife. Send everything to a deep small bowl and mix.
Ignite the brazier. When the fire burns out, you can start the main stage of preparation. The heat has to be intense. Install the grill and wait for it to warm up well.
Put the beef on the grill. Fry on one side for 3-4 minutes.
Then turn the steaks with tongs to the other side and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Put the meat on the foil. Salt and pepper with salt and coarse pepper.
Distribute 1 tsp for each piece with a slide of butter softened butter.
Sprinkle with a mixture of garlic and aromatic herbs. Cover the top tightly with foil. Leave this way for 10-15 minutes. I usually cover the pieces with a towel on top to keep them as warm as possible.
After the allotted time, steaks can be served. In 10 minutes, the meat is drunk with the aroma of garlic and herbs and becomes incredibly tasty!
Top each piece of beef with juice that has stayed in the foil and enjoy the excellent flavour!
