Spring rolls with prawns and bell peppers

Shrimp - 100 grams, Bell pepper - 1 pc., Tomatoes - 1 pc., Cucumbers - 1 pc., Lettuce - 3 pcs.
We prepare all products for cooking. Vegetables and lettuce leaves carefully mine, let them dry.
Cut the pepper into a thin but not long straw.
Cucumber can be cut with straws or small squares.
The tomato must also be cut in small pieces.
In a shallow bowl, mix all our chopped vegetables.
Then we add shrimp to the vegetables. Mix.
We lower the rice paper into warm water, and hold it until it is completely soaked.
Carefully shift the soaked sheet onto the cutting board and level it.
We put a leaf of lettuce on the sheet, then lay out a little filling on it and start wrapping it. Roll needs to be wrapped like a stuffed pancake so that our filling does not fall off the sides.
