1. Rinse and dry the asparagus.
2. Cut the ham into 12 or 24 (depending on the length of the ham) thin strips.
3. Wrap asparagus in ham, leaving 1-2 cm at both ends.
4. In a pan, melt the oil and fry the asparagus in the ham on each side for 1-2 minutes until the ham is ruddy and the asparagus is soft. The dish is ready, a pleasant appetite!
