1. Wash the breast, use a sharp knife to make notches on the skin.
2. Toast the meat in a pan without adding oil for 5 minutes on each side. Salt, pepper.
3. When the breast is browned, cut it into pieces and place it on the dish, and place the apple pre-sliced into wedges in the pan without draining the fat.
4. Fry quickly until ruddy, add lingonberry berries at the very end.
