Sweet pork with pineapples

Pork - 450 gr, Pineapples - 300 gr, Pineapple juice - 100 ml, Starch - 2 tbsp, Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp, Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
Necessary ingredients
My pork is good, dry with a paper towel, cut into arbitrary pieces
Add starch - potato or corn, both are suitable
We mix well, the meat should be completely dry, this is important
Fry in a well-heated frying pan in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes
In a separate pan, pour juice from canned pineapples, add tomato sauce or good ketchup, in extreme cases 1 table. l. tomato paste
Pour in soy sauce
Bring to a boil and warm for 2 minutes
Then add the fried pork to the pan, simmer over a medium heat under a lid for 10 minutes, during which time the sauce will thicken a little
Add canned pineapples and warm under the lid for another 5 minutes - the pineapples will soak in the sauce and become softer
