2 servings30 min
Champignons - 400 g, Sour cream - 200 g, Garlic - 3 teeth, Bulb onions - 1 pc., Ground coriander - to taste, Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste, Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
How to fry champignons with sour cream in a pan? Prepare all the necessary products. I want to note that mushrooms can be any, not necessarily champignons. It can be seasonal forest mushrooms, or all-season, for example, oyster mushrooms.
Clean the onions, cut into cubes.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. It can be absolutely any vegetable origin, but necessarily refined, because we will fry in oil, and only refined types of oils can be heat treated.
Wash the mushrooms well and cut into thin plates.
Add to the pan to the onion and fry all together for 10 minutes. All moisture should evaporate from the pan.
Add all the seasonings to the sour cream. Sour cream can be any percent fat, but necessarily natural.
Add 50ml of water and dilute the sour cream sauce to a more liquid state.
Pour the sauce into the pan.
Extinguish for about 10 minutes until thickened.
Peel, grind and add the garlic to the pan. I let the cloves through the press, but you can grate it on a fine grater or grind it with a knife.
Stir and serve the dish to the table. Enjoy your meal!
