Salad snack crab mice

Prepare the specified products according to the list. Crab sticks (put one crab stick whole to the side) need to freeze a little and grate on a fine grater. If they do not rub well, then cut very finely. They didn't rub well with me, so I rubbed some of it, cut some very finely. Put 1/3 of the rubbed crab sticks aside, put the rest in a deep bowl.

Add cream cheese to crushed crab sticks. Cream cheese can be replaced with melted cheese, but it will also need to be grated on a fine grater (freeze a little before to rub easier).

Peel the boiled and cooled eggs from the shell and also grate on a fine grater. Add the crushed eggs to the bowl to the previously prepared ingredients.

Peel garlic cloves and pass through the press, add to the salad. Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the bowl and mix. Try for salt, salt if necessary. Remove the prepared mass in the refrigerator for half an hour. It will cool down and it will be easier to make mice out of it.

Cut thin strips from a crab stick - these will be the tails of mice. Wash fresh radishes and thinly cut in circles, then cut in half - these will be mouse ears. Black pepper peas will mimic the nose and eyes. Just do not forget to warn everyone about this so that they do not eat with the mice! Divide the mass into 7 - 9 parts, roll the ball from each and shape the pear. Roll each workpiece in deposited crab chips.

Insert radish ears, black pepper eyes and crab stick tails into each mouse. Put the prepared mice on a beautiful dish, lay out pieces of cheese and can be served.
