Pollock fish in breadcrumbs in a pan fried

Pollock - 800 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Breadcrumbs - 1 pack., Vegetable oil - 50 g, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to fry pollock in breadcrumbs? Prepare everything you need for this. For frying, you can use a whole carcass of fish, cutting it into pieces, or take ready-made fish fillet. I like the boneless option of fillets more. This is the main advantage.
In a small bowl, combine the eggs with salt and spices. As a spice, a ready-made fish spice set is ideal. There, all the ingredients are competently selected to emphasize the taste and aroma of any fish.
If pollock is frozen, then it must be taken out of the freezer in advance and allowed to thaw at room temperature. From the fish, wet the excess moisture with a paper towel. Then cut the pollock into portions.
Dip each piece of fish into an egg mixture and then roll in breadcrumbs. Make sure that the crackers completely cover the fish on all sides. Thanks to such careful breading, the fish will keep all the juices juicy.
To fry, preheat the pan until hot, pour vegetable oil on it and lay out the fish. Don't put it out very tightly. Let each piece roast freely.
Fry the fish over a low heat, 3-4 minutes on each side.
Put the finished fish on a paper towel to remove excess oil from it.
Pollock in breadcrumbs is ready! A pleasant appetite!
