Ham rolls with cheese and garlic

Ham - 240 gr, Green onions - 15 gr, Hard cheese - 200 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Garlic - 2 teeth., Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp., Lettuce leaves - 20 gr.
How to make ham rolls with cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cheese is better used like Russian or Poshekhonsky. It is better to take ham already in the cut or ask to cut it with a special device in the store - so the slices will be thin and easily folded. If there is no such possibility, then cut the ham yourself as thinly and evenly as you can. I got 14 thin slices.
Boil the eggs beforehand hard-boiled, chill and peel. Finely chop the eggs with a knife.
Grate the cheese over a coarse grater.
Peel the garlic and pass through the press.
In a bowl, combine the grated cheese, eggs and garlic. Fill everything with mayonnaise. If you wish, you can salt and pepper the salad, but I usually do not add these spices to salads with mayonnaise.
Mix everything thoroughly. Adjust the consistency of the salad and the amount of mayonnaise to suit your taste. My consistency was dense, not liquefied and holds my shape well. You can add more mayonnaise at will.
On the edge of the ham slice, put 1 tbsp. l cheese-garlic filling and roll up the roll.
Rinse the feathers of spring onions and dry them well.
Tie the roll with the spring onion feather.
Similarly, shape all the other rolls.
Put the resulting rolls on a dish lined with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle over the crushed spring onions and small pieces of bell pepper, if desired, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
