1. To prepare zucchini rolls with garlic, we will first prepare the zucchini themselves. I wash my squash well under running water and peel it off. If the squash is young, then we leave the peel. This time I had gouda cheese. We rub cheese on a fine grater. Add crushed garlic to the cheese. You can also rub garlic on a fine grater. That even finely chopped dill, pepper, add mayonnaise and mix the filling well until smooth.

4. My tomatoes and dry. Tomatoes need to choose ripe and fleshy, with a thick wall. First, cut into quarters, then remove the flesh with seeds and juice with a spoon, then cut each cleaned quarter into strips of 3-4 parent.

5. We twist zucchini rolls with filling. We take one plate of fried courgette, put one teaspoon of cheese filling and a strip of tomato on it. Wrap tightly in roll.

6. Put zucchini rolls with cheese-garlic filling on the dish with a slide and decorate with parsley greens.
