Processed cheese - 150 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Ham - 70 g, Pickles - 1 pc., Garlic - 2 teeth., Dill - 10 g, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
How to make melted cheese rolls? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Processed cheese is sold with finished records. Usually there are 8 of them in the package. Rinse dill in water and dry.
The eggs must be boiled. To do this, fill them with water, put them on a heat and bring them to a boil. Boil them in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Peel the finished eggs from the shell and separate the yolks from the proteins.
Cut the ham into small cubes and transfer to a small bowl, in which you will mix the filling.
Put the yolks aside - we will need them for decoration. Grate egg whites. Add the grated protein and finely chopped dill to the sausage bowl. Season with mayonnaise and mix well.
Cut the salted cucumber into strips.
For each cheese slice, place a little filling and a strip of cucumber.
Twist the cheese into a roll.
Grate the remaining egg yolk on a fine grater. Dip the rolls on both sides a little in mayonnaise, and then in grated yolk. Put the finished rolls on a dish and serve to the table!
For decoration, you can sprinkle paprika and dill on the rolls a little. Nice treat!
