Here's a recipe for you that will be a lovely and not trivial addition to your table! Finely chop the cabbage. Chop the nuts. Scalp the squid and, removing the skin and chitin plates, cut into small rectangular strips. Pour boiling water over the noodles for 2-3 minutes, then tip into a colander and leave to cool for a few minutes. In a wok, heat the oil, fry the cut garlic on it until golden. Add the eggs, stir quickly, put the squid, shrimp and noodles, stir well again. Pour lemon juice, fish sauce over the mixture, season with sugar. Sprinkle in half the nuts, pepper, stirring, add the Chinese cabbage and fry all together over a high heat for about 2 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the dish with the remaining nuts and, to taste, you can pour soy sauce. The dish can also be decorated with herbs. So the guests will come and ask: "What will you treat?
