How to make rice with vegetables for a side dish? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For the side dish, it is best to use a long-grain fig. such rice is less boiled and more crumbly. Peas can be used canned, fresh or, like mine, frozen. It is not necessary to defrost it in advance.
Take a comfortable deep frying pan for cooking, preheat it to a hot state and pour a little vegetable oil. Rinse rice several times in cold water. Then drain all the water and transfer the rice to a pan. Fry the rice for 5-7 minutes until clear.
Then add salt, ground pepper and some curry to the rice. Pour hot water over the rice. Stir. Cook the rice covered over a low heat for about 20 minutes. During cooking, rice will absorb all the water and increase in size. Depending on the variety of rice, water may be needed a little more or less.
Peel the onion, rinse and finely chop. Chop the bell peppers into small pieces. In a separate pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onions and bell peppers. It will take 4-5 minutes to fry. During this time, bell peppers will become softer.
Add the vegetable roasting, corn and peas to the finished rice. Stir everything and heat in a pan for 2-3 minutes.
