Prepare all the necessary products. Take the cereals from a proven manufacturer: cheap cereals are not always of good quality and, as a rule, quickly come out of a suitable state - bugs are started in it, because their larvae are brought into the cereals while still in production, because it does not have modern equipment, therefore, the cereals are cheap. Butter from natural cream, the fat content of real butter should be at least 82. 5%.
Fill the rice with water. Proportions: 2 exactly the same glasses of water are taken per 1 cup of rice (IMPORTANT!: the ideal proportions are indicated on the packaging of the type of rice you are going to cook. Depending on the variety, the ratio of liquid and cereals may change, so read the instructions on the package).
At the minimum heating level, cover the pan with a lid and cook for a further 25 minutes. It is important to cook at a minimum, otherwise the rice can burn, and if possible, do not open the lid during cooking - this is how the rice is steamed out. Then turn off the heat and leave the rice in a saucepan under the lid for another 15 minutes. Do not open the lid in any way.

Put the rice in a saucepan. The pot should be chosen with a thick bottom, either made of stainless steel, or enameled without chips.
Salt the water. Rice & quot; takes & quot; a lot of salt on itself. Therefore, you will have to salt a little more than ordinary dishes. But focus on your own taste and common sense: it is better to add a little to the finished rice than to eat salted.

The final touch is oil. Add the butter, wait until it melts and mix the rice with the butter. For a lean version of the dish, butter can be replaced with any vegetable.
