Tomatoes with garlic and mayonnaise

You can also mix cheese and garlic mayonnaise by making a semblance of a spread. And already lay it on top of tomatoes. I like it and so and so. Even more interesting is the option with small tomatoes - they can be cut in half, remove the flesh and fill with cheese mass.
Tomatoes - 3 pcs., Hard cheese - 50 grams, Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp., Garlic - 2 teeth., Ground black pepper - to taste, Salt - to taste
Choose tomatoes that are juicy but dense. Soft fruits do not hold their shape well, in the process of cutting and cooking they will spread into a shapeless mass and spoil the appearance of the dish.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then consider that there are spices that are especially important not to shift (for example, chili peppers).
Mayonnaise is better to cook on its own. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise. Also, not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt can be used as a dressing. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.

How to make tomatoes with garlic and mayonnaise? Prepare the products. Take tomatoes of the same size, you can have different colors, it will be more interesting. Choose hard fruits so they don't soften when sliced.
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. I took semi-hard, but anyone would do - hard, soft, melted. The main thing is that the cheese is natural and tasty.
Transfer the mayonnaise to a tight bag. Peel the garlic and pass through the press directly to the mayonnaise. Use your fingers to mash the bag to spread the garlic evenly.
Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut them into circles about 5mm thick. Round tips may not be used. Spread the chopped tomatoes immediately onto a serving dish in a single layer. Wet them with a paper towel. Salt and pepper to taste.
Cut a corner off the bag and squeeze the mayonnaise onto the tomatoes with a snake.
Sprinkle over the top with grated cheese. You can put it more, in the form of a slide.
Decorate the top to your liking. I used circles of olives and sprigs of parsley. Immediately serve the snack to the table - after standing, the tomatoes will let the juice, and the cheese will curl. Enjoy your meal!
