Toasted abalone with scallop

You need to cook this incredible dish to taste like this:
1. Cut the abalone, rinse the meat, dry and thinly slice. Scallops shall also be prepared if necessary. Lightly season all seafood with salt and pepper.

2. In a bowl, mix the juices of yuzu (or lime), grape seed oil (or sesame oil), soy sauce and ground black pepper. Add chopped into small cubes peeled tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Add corn grains. Mix everything well - the sauce is ready, set it aside until served.

3. Remove the stalk, stiff veins from the pea pods. Blanch for 2 minutes, then dry.

4. Heat the pan with vegetable oil and quickly fry abalone ears in it.

5. Then lightly fry the scallops.

6. After seafood, lightly fry the peas.

7. Arrange two scallops, slices of abalone, pea pod on plates. Drizzle lightly with the sauce and serve with a portion of the sauce in a saucepan. Enjoy your meal!
