Cut bread into cubes or straws, as you like. Put in a bowl, add to it the peeled garlic passed through the press, grated on a fine grater or finely chopped. Add salt and hot pepper to taste, a little freshly ground coriander and sweet paprika. Mix the bread well with the spices to soak in the dressing.
The second snack is breadcrumbs made from bread, unlike croutons, they are not fried in a pan, but dried in the oven, a dressing for bread can be used the same according to taste and desire, only in a bowl, in addition to spices, you need to immediately pour vegetable oil, and crumbs are laid out on a dry baking sheet. You can diversify the taste of crackers with any other spices.
We cover the baking sheet with parchment. We lay out potatoes on it, put it in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. We take out the chips and immediately remove them from the baking sheet. For beer and deep-fried potatoes, these are potatoes cut into circles or straws and fried in boiling vegetable oil, then put it on a paper towel and sprinkle salt and black ground pepper on top.
