Savoyardi cookies - 140 gr, Mascarpone - 250 gr, Powdered sugar - 10 gr, Ground coffee - 1 tea liter, Water - 30 ml, Cocoa powder - 10 gr
Crush savoyardi cookies into small crumbs using a blender or crush.
Cook and chill the coffee. Mix mascarpone until smooth, add powdered sugar and coffee, mix well.
Add sponge biscuit crumbs to the aromatic mascarpone and mix to make the mass uniform.
From the mass we form the same balls, about 20 g.
Sieve cocoa through a sieve and roll each ball on all sides, shake off excess cocoa.
We send the cake to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Tiramisu's cake is done! Good appetite!)
