Cottage cheese - 250 gr, Eggs - 2 pcs., Baking soda - 1 tea liter, Wheat flour - 300 gr, Sugar - 1.5 tbl., Citric acid - to taste, Salt - 1 tbl., Vegetable oil - 2 tbl., Chicken - 300 gr., Tomatoes - 1 pc., Bell pepper - 1 pc., Hard cheese - 70 gr., Ketchup - 3 tbl.
It is better to prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance
Put salt and sugar in the cottage cheese. Knead thoroughly with a fork
Drive in the eggs. Pour in the vegetable oil. Mix everything thoroughly again.
Sift the flour with soda. Add citric acid. Add the flour gradually, kneading elastic pliable dough. Don't clog it with flour.
Put the finished dough in a pizza tin or on a baking sheet. Flatten with your hands, evenly distributed throughout the thickness.
Grease the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup.
