Chanterelles - 200 g, Onions - 1 pc., Fatty cream - 200 ml, Tagliatelle - 200 g, Vegetable oil - 20 g, Salt - to taste, Dry spices - to taste
How to make pasta? Prepare the necessary ingredients before you start cooking. Clean fresh chanterelle mushrooms from forest debris and rinse. If the mushrooms are large, then they must be cut into 2-3 parts. Boil the mushrooms in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Then drain the hot water, and rinse the mushrooms again. The paste can be used of any kind. You can replace it with spaghetti.
Add the cream to the chanterelles in the pan and bring everything to a boil. I recommend using fat cream with a fat content of at least 33%. Thanks to the fat content of the cream, the sauce will become thicker. If you have less fatty cream, then you can thicken the sauce by mixing cold cream with a little flour.
