How do I make linguini pasta with shrimp? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Shrimp can be bought already peeled, or you can, like my whole. In this case, they will have to be cleaned on their own.
If the shrimp is frozen, then let them lie at room temperature so that they thaw on their own. Then peel the shrimp.
In a saucepan, bring the water to the boil and salt a little. Lower the paste into boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package. It will take 10-15 minutes. The pasta should become soft, but not boil. Drain the hot water from the finished paste.
Separately, preheat the pan to hot and pour olive oil over it. Peel the garlic from the husks and finely chop. Place the crushed garlic in a frying pan and stir in the hot oil.
Then send the prepared peeled shrimp to the pan. Stir and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Then make the heat smaller and place the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, in the pan. Hold the pan over the heat for another minute and turn off the heat.
Lay out the finished paste for the shrimp. Wash the fresh basil and parsley greens in running water, dry and finely chop. Add the chopped greens and a little lemon juice to the pan and mix everything. Cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes to soak the pasta in the taste and flavour of the shrimp sauce.
Arrange the finished dish on plates and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
