Previously, all the ingredients must be prepared, cut, i. e. accordingly, since the Chinese cuisine is characterized by quick frying and sequential laying of products, i. e. there may simply not be enough time for cutting during cooking. To calmly cook the dish, cut into thin carrots, slightly larger peppers, onions - thin half rings, meat - narrow ribbons.

We cook spicy meat with vegetables - a dish a la Chinese cuisine. Take meat (lean pork in this case), carrots, hot peppers fresh and ground, garlic, onions, sweet bell peppers, greens, soy sauce and salt for this, if necessary.
In a frying pan, heat sunflower oil, by the way, it is not recommended to fry in olive oil according to the latest data. Toss the chopped meat into the preheated butter and, stirring quickly, fry on all sides for 2-3 minutes.
Next, pour soy sauce into the pan, continue frying for 2 minutes.
Add the chopped onions, then the carrots, stir, fry 3 mints.
Add the spices, ground hot pepper, a few wheels of fresh hot pepper.
At the end of the frying, add ribbons of bell pepper, stir, bring everything to readiness, but in no case turn everything into porridge!
With the last touch, enter the shredded finely pre-crushed garlic, drown still half a minute.
Season the dish with finely chopped parsley greens and serve immediately! Enjoy your meal!
