Crab sticks - 100 gr, Chicken eggs - 2 pcs., Processed cheese - 90 gr, Cream cheese - 60 gr, Garlic - 1 tooth, Salt - to taste, Mayonnaise - 1 table, Coconut chips - 2 table, Parsley - 2 gr, Bread - 20 gr, Carrots - 3 gr, Peppercorns - 6 pcs., Green onion - 3 g, Carnation - 1 pc.
Now we add a little mayonnaise, a clove of garlic, passed through a garlic digester and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients again so that the mass becomes homogeneous and sticky. Attention! You cannot add a lot of mayonnaise to this snack, because it will make it more difficult to form a snowman and eventually it can turn out to be uneven.
From the resulting crab snack, we sculpt round balls. All balls should be of different sizes: the bottom ball is the largest, the average is a little smaller, and the top is a little less than the average and two more very small. We rinse all the balls with cream cheese so that ultimately the snowman is really white. Then we roll each ball in a coconut mug.
We put balls on a board covered with cling film. We also cover them with film and remove them into the freezer for a while. After, when they set, we take them out and begin to form the snowman himself. To do this, install the balls on top of each other (3 pieces), starting from large to smaller. For the strength of the structure, hold them together with toothpicks. Now we install two more toothpicks in the middle ball from the sides and attach the smallest balls to them.
We decorate the snack snowman. To do this, form a triangular sharp spout from carrots. We take the feather of the spring bow, and wrap it between the upper and middle balls - we get a scarf. You can fix the scarf with a clove. The hat is made from a piece of rye bread, making two mugs: one larger, the other smaller and installing them on the top coconut ball. We install eyes using black pepper peas. Next, decorate the snowman at will.
