1. Cut the pre-washed meat into pieces (thickness about 1 cm). It is recommended to cut across the fibers.
2. Dip each piece on both sides in semolina.
3. Beat off each piece of meat with a hammer - not too much to stop the pieces being thin.
4. In a bowl, break the eggs, pour the salt and black ground pepper. Whisk everything well with a fork or whisk.
5. Preheat the pan with the vegetable oil.
6. Roll each chop again in a semolina, then in beaten eggs and put in a hot pan.
7. Fry the chops on both sides until rosy, heat medium. Enjoy your meal!
